Who Spilled The Beans?

OUR SON DID!
He loves playing in this bucket when in his stander.  We have it full of dry navy beans and small toys.
(strips of mylar tied to a hairband is great.  there's sound, texture, and you can hook it to their hand!)
...and wadded up paper...who knew that could be so much fun?
He does really well in in stander.  (Aside from the congestion that happens.  Alas.)
He loves playing with his toys by himself!  Or playing cars with Daddy.
Or I hold his hand and we write his name.
As long as the music is good....he likes anything! :)
I'm such a lucky Mom to enjoy this face everyday!!

I love the smile! I laughed at the part about the music being good! My daughter loves music too, and she's happiest when the music is good, too!

You know, that is so true. What a beautiful face you have to enjoy! Both our girls love the beans. I'm even a sensory seeker and love to play in the beans. It's been a long time since playing in beans and I found a large plastic container of them way back in the cupboard not too long ago. Sand is another fun one. Hiding treasures in the sand and then digging for treasure! I hated sand in my house though. Beans were definitely easier to clean up. We put a plastic pool outside and put sand in it and then toys and let the girls play in it. They enjoyed it so much.

What a cutie! I love his smile! Navy beans are a great idea for the sensory table. My sister gets out a huge sensory table in the Fall and fills it with corn. The kids love digging through it to find little Halloween toys!

How precious Eli is! Yeah for him to be able to play and enjoy music. Great idea with the beans we'll have to give that a try sometime.

These photos bring back some good memories. I've since had to rid of Logan's pinto beans thanks to my two year old. It was such great therapy. Eli's smile is contagious! What a handsome little man!
